Going Green

We are trying to be as green as possible. Our workshop in Hull uses a zero carbon electricity tarrif. The product and the production process have been designed to make the most efficient use of all raw materials. Wood waste is recycled through Hull City Council's recycling scheme, and large offcuts (which are few and only occur if there are flaws in the wood) go to Hull Scrapstore. We use the minimum amount of packaging to protect and display the names and all that packaging is recyclable.

Links

It has become traditional for sites to list links to related companies and business colleagues. This list is slightly different as it includes some of our personal favourites as well. We’ll leave you to guess who contributed which.

We have had dogs for many years and several of them have come from Hull Animal Welfare Trust. That includes our current friend, a Patterdale Terrier which we adopted a couple of years ago at the age of five.  HAWT is just one of the many rehoming centres in the UK who care for the result of our throwaway society and the worn out victims of puppy farming.
